Man peels off newly built road in Punjab with his hands to highlight poor quality

A video has surfaced online showing a man peeling off a newly constructed road connecting Kotbhara village to Ramgarh Bhundar village in Punjab's Bhatinda with his hands. Another man used a stick to peel off the road while highlighting the poor quality of the new road. The people alleged that the road is breaking apart at several spots.
