Man posing as rich businessman cheats 20 Delhi policewomen of ₹24 lakh after promising marriage

A 23-year-old Delhi man, Vikrant Tomar, has been arrested for allegedly cheating around 20 women police constables of nearly ₹24 lakh by posing as a wealthy businessman and promising marriage. Investigators said Tomar targeted women from the same batch, using luxury cars and lavish lifestyle to gain their trust before allegedly extracting money through pretexts like high returns on investments.
