A video of a car owner in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur accusing a petrol pump of inflated bill has gone viral on social media. He said the petrol pump billed him for filling around 52 litres of fuel in his vehicle with a maximum tank capacity of just 45 litres. The man has filed a complaint against the petrol pump.
