A Delhi court rejected a man's plea seeking to register a case against his wife's family for allegedly forcibly giving him dowry. Upholding a magisterial court's order, the Additional Sessions Judge noted a case was filed against the man for subjecting his wife to cruelty. It said the man's claims appear to be an attempt to "hoodwink" court, TOI reported.
