A young man's repeated face swelling was diagnosed as an enlarged or swollen heart, which led to heart failure. Doctors said the man had a rupture of a sinus of Valsalva aneurysm - a rare but serious condition where a weakened area in the aortic wall is known as the sinus of Valsalva.
