A 22-year-old youth has been arrested for secretly recording a video of a girl next door while she was taking a bath in her washroom in Karnataka's Mangaluru. As per reports, the girl noticed the mobile camera and screamed, which alerted others. The youth was caught red-handed and later remanded to judicial custody.
