Man seen clinging to pole as powerful typhoon lifts his feet off ground in Taiwan

A video circulating online purportedly shows a man clinging to a lamppost and struggling to hold ground amid powerful winds from Typhoon Champi in Taiwan. At one point, the wind appeared to lift his feet off the ground while several two-wheelers lay scattered around him. The typhoon, with wind speeds reaching 200 kmph, is headed towards China and Japan.
