A video has surfaced showing a man in Telangana's Jagtiyal district injecting a stray dog with lethal injection. In the video accessed by NDTV, the man appeared to be smiling after the act while two other dog carcasses were seen on the street. Over 500 stray dogs have been poisoned in Telangana districts to fulfil a Panchayat election promise.
