A man, Abuzar Shamim, was arrested by police for setting a pickup vehicle on fire near a temple in UP's Bijnor. Shamim was going through financial distress and sought help from a relative, who then contacted Abu Bakar on Telegram. Bakar allegedly asked the accused to set vehicles belonging to "particular community" on fire in exchange for money, Police stated.
