A man, along with his nephew, shot his daughter dead in front of police and panchayat members four days before her marriage in MP's Gwalior. The incident took place after the 20-year-old posted a video claiming that her family was forcibly getting her married but she wanted to marry someone else. Police and panchayat came to her house to mediate.
