Man shot by ICE agent in Texas jailed with bullet inside him: Lawyer

A Venezuelan national, Wilber Rafael Garces Perez, who was shot and wounded by a US immigration agent in Texas, was jailed with a bullet still lodged in his body, his lawyer said. "He was shot...in his back...and they didn't give him pain medication," the lawyer said. The 28-year-old is in stable condition, according to the US Department of Homeland Security.
