A man who spent all of the 1.6 million rubles (nearly ₹18 lakh) that he found in an envelope on a street in Russia is now facing 10 years in prison. The man was seen picking the envelope in a CCTV video that was shared by state-media RT. The Moscow police called it a theft and not luck.
