Man stabbed to death after argument among friends in Varkala

A 32 year old man, identified as Priju, was stabbed to death after an argument broke out while he was drinking with friends in Varkala's Muthana area on Thiruvonam. Police said a five-member group arrived at the spot around 5 PM, leading to a fight. Gaurikrishnan allegedly stabbed Priju in the chest and back before he died in hospital.
