A man identified as Ankush Dutta allegedly stayed at Roseate House in Aerocity for nearly two years, from May 2019 to January 2021, and checked out without paying the ₹58 lakh bill. The FIR claimed Dutta colluded with hotel staff, including one Prem Prakash, to "deprive the hotel of its rightful dues". He allegedly gave three cheques but they bounced.
