Surveillance footage revealed a man who threw a brick at the window of an LGBTQ+ Manhattan bar VERS in Hell's Kitchen while people were sitting inside. Restaurant owner David DeParolesa said that the attack was the fourth one this week. The footage showed the man running away from the scene before coming back and taking another peak.
