The San Mateo County District Attorney's Office has confirmed that 33-year-old Jose Rafael Solano Landaeta used a samurai sword to behead his ex-girlfriend in San Carlos. Landaeta then put the sword in his car that was parked two blocks away and returned to the scene where his ex-girlfriend's body was lying in the street, the DA's Office added.
