Odisha-based startup founder Kartikey Singh said after failing to clear IIT entrance exam and studying at a tier-3 college, he was rejected repeatedly by multiple companies, including Microsoft and Autodesk. He recalled he then met a freelance mobile app developer and learnt how he got clients. He claimed he eventually started a five-person agency and now earns ₹6 lakh/month.
