The 42-year-old man who rammed a pickup truck into a crowd, killing 10 people on New Year's Day in US' New Orleans, has been identified by the FBI as Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a US citizen from Texas. FBI said, "An ISIS flag was located in the vehicle," adding that it is investigating the attack as an "act of terrorism".
