A 23-year-old man has been arrested after he killed a Dalit woman and kidnapped her daughter in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The man named Paras Som was traced and arrested in Haridwar, Uttarakhand and the woman's daughter was also found safe. The 50-year-old woman was killed while trying to protect her 20-year-old daughter from kidnapping.
