Rahul Meena, the man accused of raping and killing daughter of an IRS officer in Delhi on Wednesday, allegedly raped another woman in Rajasthan's Alwar nine hours earlier. He allegedly raped the wife of an acquaintance in Alwar before travelling overnight to Delhi. Meena previously worked as household help for the IRS officer and was fired months before the incident.
