Pravesh Shukla, who was arrested for urinating on a tribal labourer in Madhya Pradesh, is a representative of BJP MLA from Sidhi Kedarnath Shukla, his father claimed. "He is being targeted by the Opposition," Pravesh's father said. However, Kedarnath Shukla claimed, "He is neither my representative nor an associate. He isn't connected to BJP in any way."
