Jason Arday, who was unable to read or write till the age of 18, has become the youngest Black professor ever appointed at University of Cambridge. Arday, 37, was diagnosed with global development delay and autism spectrum disorder at the age of three. Arday has been appointed as a Professor of the Sociology of Education.
