A Texas man who went viral after he waited for over six hours in line to vote in last year's US presidential primary has been arrested and charged with voting illegally. The Texas attorney general is reportedly bringing charges that allege Hervis Rogers voted while on parole for a 1995 conviction for burglary and intent to commit theft.
