Punjab and Haryana High Court have ruled in favour of original allottee against a private developer in a case regarding a dispute over a land purchased for less than ₹14,000 in 1963 in Faridabad, TOI reported. The land, now worth ₹7 crore, will be handed over to the 80-year-old sole heir at an additional cost of 25% of original price.
