Man with 40 cases held after rooftop chase in Kerala

Police arrested Jambulingam Suresh, who faces 40 cases, after a chase in Kerala's Balaramapuram. Released from prison in February after 12 years, Suresh was allegedly hiding on the roof of an unfinished building after attacking a woman and stealing her mobile phone. He jumped from the second floor and ran but was overpowered by police.
