A man in Punjab with a PhD and four Master's degrees has been selling vegetables on streets in Punjab. Dr Sandeep Singh, who was a contractual professor at Punjabi University in Patiala, left his job after facing hurdles such as salary cut and irregular pay. "It had become difficult for me to make ends meet with that job," Singh said.
