A 49-year-old man credited Grok AI for saving his life after a near-fatal misdiagnosis by doctors. Doctors gave the man antacids after he reported severe abdominal pain for over 24 hours. Unrelieved, he consulted Grok, which flagged health concerns and recommended a CT scan. He then underwent an emergency laparoscopic surgery after the scan revealed a near-ruptured appendix.
