Bandmate Shekhar Jyoti Goswami alleged manager Siddharth Sharma and festival organiser Shyamkanu Mahanta "poisoned" singer Zubeen Garg and deliberately chose Singapore as the venue to conceal the conspiracy, as per the witness testimony. Goswami also claimed Sharma forcibly took control of the yacht and shouted "let him go, let him go" when Zubeen was gasping for breath and nearly drowning.
