Manager's 'OK' in WhatsApp not enough to prove leave approved

The Central Administrative Tribunal in Allahabad has held that a railway employee's WhatsApp exchange containing an 'OK' reply was not sufficient, by itself, to prove that additional leave had been formally sanctioned. The employee had challenged his transfer from Prayagraj to Fatehpur, alleging it was punitive. The tribunal accepted the Railways' administrative explanation and dismissed his plea.
