Actor Manish Goel will essay the role of gangster Vikas Dubey in a film titled 'Hanak'. The film, which is an adaptation of book 'Main Kanpur Wala', will be directed by Manish Vatssalya. Talking about the film, Vatssalya said he has no intention of glorifying the gangster. Vikas was killed in an encounter by Uttar Pradesh Police on July 10.
