Congress shared a video of BJP MP Manoj Tiwari, in which he can be heard calling Opposition leaders 'namard' (impotent). Tiwari said, "Who will make these shameless people understand?" Criticising Tiwari’s language, Congress said, "He is PM Modi’s favourite. Listen to his language. He is calling Opposition leaders impotent because they are asking PM Modi to address the Manipur issue."
