A four-storey building in the French city of Lille was evacuated before dawn on Saturday, hours before it collapsed in the morning hours, authorities informed. The building was evacuated after a man returning home at 3 am alerted emergency services about cracks appearing in the structure, authorities said. A person who was rescued from the rubble sustained only light injuries.
