Delhi Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa said, "In 1975, a family (Congress) crushed the Constitution...which is the soul of this country." He added, "Several people suffered due to that, and several people were put in jail...The coming generation should know this." His remarks came ahead of BJP's plan to celebrate 'Black Day' on June 25, marking 50 years of the Emergency.
