MapMyIndia accuses Ola Electric of copying data days before IPO

MapMyIndia parent CE Info Systems sent a legal notice to Ola Electric alleging Ola copied its data to build Ola Maps by caching and saving MapMyIndia's data and reverse engineering the licensed product, Forbes India reported. Earlier, Ola Electric teamed up with MapMyIndia to use its data. MapMyIndia's accusation comes days before Ola Electric's ₹5,500-crore IPO launching on August 2.
