Marcellus Investment Managers filed FIR against its ex-CFO, Pankaj Harish Gupta, for allegedly siphoning off ₹1.18 crore via unauthorised transactions. Founder-CEO Saurabh Mukherjea clarified that transactions were restricted to firm’s own corporate bank and credit card accounts and had no impact on client investments. Gupta executed over 30 unauthorised transfers from December 2024 to July 2025.
