Marico raises PLIX stake to 84% for ₹1,012 crore

Marico acquired an additional 24.09% stake in Satiya Nutraceuticals, parent of health brand PLIX, for ₹1,012 crore, raising its total holding to 84.09%. The remaining 14.09% will be acquired in July 2027. Marico's aggregate consideration for the 84.09% stake stands at ₹1,392.07 crore. The deal requires no government or regulatory approvals.
