As per a new study, marijuana is 114 times less deadly than alcohol. Out of the 7 drugs mentioned in the study, alcohol was found to be the deadliest. It was followed by heroin, cocaine, tobacco, ecstasy, methamphetamines, and marijuana. The study listed marijuana as a "low mortality risk" drug, while others were classified as "medium" or "high."
