Yahoo's President and Chief Executive Officer, Marissa Mayer was re-elected to the company's board during the annual shareholders meeting held this week. However, according to a Yahoo regulatory filing, Mayer received the lowest number of votes for her re-election to the board. Mayer also accounted for the most negative votes received against a candidate.
