Mark Wood retires from international cricket

England pacer Mark Wood has retired from international cricket aged 36. Wood took 119, 80 and 54 wickets in 38 Tests, 70 ODIs and 38 T20Is, respectively. He was part of England's ODI World Cup 2019 and T20 World Cup 2022-winning squads. He said he retired on medical advice, adding Test and 50-over cricket were no longer possible for him.
