Refusing to scrap criminal case against a man for sharing an intimate video of himself and his wife on Facebook, Allahabad HC said, "Marriage doesn't grant a husband ownership or control over his wife." It said marriage also doesn't dilute a wife's autonomy or right to privacy. It said the man's actions "gravely breached the sanctity of the marital relationship".
