Marsh McLennan Global Services India has renewed its lease for 1.70 lakh sq ft of office space in Mumbai's Powai area for five years, at a starting rent of ₹1.02 crore per month, Propstack said citing documents. The rent will go up to ₹1.17 crore from January 2026-December 2027. The firm has paid a security deposit of ₹26 crore.
