The mother of J&K Special Police Officer Bilal Ahmad Magray, Sara Begum, broke down on Tuesday while receiving the Shaurya Chakra award given to him posthumously for his anti-terror operation in Baramulla in 2019. A clip shows Begum sobbing during the event at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Magray had evacuated civilians from a house despite being injured and had killed a terrorist.
