OfBusiness CEO Asish Mohapatra said on the podcast that SoftBank founder Masayoshi Son offered roughly three times the amount the company raised in its first SoftBank round in June 2021. “Masa will give you an offer that can shake you,” Mohapatra said, explaining that Son calculates the capital needed to reach his envisioned scale and offers that amount.
