Jaish-e-Mohammed's Masood Ilyas Kashmiri had said their chief Masood Azhar planned terror attacks in Delhi and Mumbai after his release from India's Tihar Jail. "The soil of Balakot provides [Azhar] a base to carry forward his...mission, and programme [in] Delhi and Bombay," India Today quoted Kashmiri saying. His remark contradicts Pakistan's repeated denials of hosting terrorists on its soil.
