A massive food poisoning outbreak was reported at TikTok parent ByteDance's Singapore office on Tuesday, following which around 60 employees were hospitalised. Employees experienced abdominal pain and vomiting and more than 15 ambulances were deployed to take them to hospitals. ByteDance said employees fell ill after "their recent visit to the L26 canteen" and that it is investigating the matter.
