A massive 6.5-magnitude earthquake shook parts of Mexico on Friday. Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum was forced to evacuate the presidential palace during her regular morning press conference as the earthquake alert was sounded. Several buildings experienced visible structural damage, with cracks appearing in walls and debris reported in some places, reports claimed.
