A massive fire broke out at a market in Sector 9 in Haryana's Panchkula on Thursday. As many as 148 shops were gutted, however, there were no reports of casualties. "The fire spread from the roof...firefighters were controlling the blaze...but were unaware that combustible material was placed on the rooftop of one of the shops," an official said.
