Massive fire guts textile shop in Nedumangad

A massive fire broke out at Roja Textiles and Cocktail in Nedumangad, causing extensive damage to the shops. Cocktail was completely gutted, while flames spread to a nearby jewellery showroom and mobile phone store. Fire and Rescue Services personnel rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control. No casualties were reported, while a short circuit is suspected.
