Matrix Partners India, a private equity firm, will raise $450 million in its fourth funding round to invest in startups. The company was established in 2006 and has since invested in more than 100 startups, including Ola and Razorpay. With assets over $1 billion under its management, it invests in various sectors such as consumer technology and fintech.
