Matsyasana can improve breathing, digestion and stress
Matsyasana, or Fish Pose, is a Hatha Yoga posture that may help improve breathing, spinal flexibility, digestion and relaxation. According to the AYUSH Ministry, the pose opens the chest, stretches the upper back and may ease neck and shoulder tension. It is also associated with stress relief, thyroid stimulation and improved digestive function.
